PRODUCTS: PRODUCTS • How do I mount the plastic plaques? – Each plastic plaque product is shipped with swatches of hook-and-loop tape. • I have an idea of my own. Can you help me? – We welcome custom requests and will do our best to accommodate your ideas. As always, we will send you a proof before going to print to assure your satisfaction. To submit a custom request, simply email us at sales@wudyaget.com a description of what you're looking for along with any pertinent images. • I like this product design....but can you change this part? – In most cases, yes. Feel free to include special requests in the "Comments:" section of your order form. Changes from colors to fonts can be altered in each of our products. • Will you work with non-hunting/fishing related photos? – Absolutely! If you'd like to see any of our products commemorating anything else, just let us know. We'd be happy to accommodate you. • Do you accept "Rush" orders? – "Rush" orders are accepted at an additional cost. Include the date needed by in the "Comments:" section of your order form and we will email you a quote reflecting the rush charges. PHOTOS – We have yet to encounter a photo that we absolutely could not work with. And because we won't bill you until you've approved a layout proof, you have nothing to lose! If the photo you've selected isn't appropriate for the product you've chosen, we will offer you a suggestion on which product will work. • How do I attach photos to an email? – Below is a good link to guide you through this simple process. Even if you're not using this exact email client, the concept's pretty much the same: http://email.about.com/cs/outlooktips/qt/et082201.htm • Do my photos have to be digital? – Absolutely not. Submitting digital photos allows for a faster turnaround, however we are more than willing to work with your printed photos or film negatives as well. • Can you get rid of this wrinkle....tear....person? – In most cases, yes. Retouching photos is a big part of what we do. Be sure to include retouching requests in the "Comments:" section of your order form. There is no charge for "light" retouching. "Moderate" to "severe" retouching will be quoted in an email response to your order. • Can you make my deer/fish bigger? – Shame on you. SHIPPING – Shipping may be upgraded at an additional cost. State your desired shipping method in the "Comments:" section of the order form and we will respond with an updated quote. • I'm outside the continental United States. What will shipping cost me? – Items being shipped outside of the continental United States will be emailed a shipping options quote. PAYMENT • What are my payment options? – Once you've approved a layout proof, you will be emailed an invoice that will direct you to the payment center, (through paypal), where you will be able to pay using any major credit card. You may also pay by personal check, made payable to "Wudyaget Field Portraits" and sent to: – Not until you have approved a layout proof will you receive an invoice. This way, we are assured of your satisfaction with the design before you are charged a cent. |
